Held various positions in financial services field including Absa Bank, Hollard Insurance Group and Standard Bank. Designs solutions to key challenges concerning the mining sector.
Head of Operations
During his 35 years' service at TEBA he has progressed through the ranks in both the field (rural), urban and head office departments. Is responsible for all TEBA operations. Member of the Business Development Committee.
Head of Finance
Spent four years on group management at MTN. previous positions with Stanlib Ltd, JP Morgan Bank (Ireland), MCubed Holdings Ltd Group, Nedcor and KPMG. Well-qualified and experienced to head TEBA's finance team.
Has 13 years' financial and operations experience, 10 at senior management level in the financial services sector. Member of Business development Committee and invitee to board and Audit Committee. Trustee of TEBA Employee Trust.
Head of human resources
Lesley has completed the Institute of People Management Diploma in Human Resources and the National Diploma in Human Resources through Unisa. She has also completed numerous workshops in all aspects of human resources management and administration, as well as several management development courses.
She joined TEBA in March 2012 with 12 years' management experience in all aspects of human resources. She has the ability to facilitate effective relationships and communication at management and worker level.
Lesley is responsible for human resources, training and development, and industrial relations. She participates in the design of business strategy from a human resources perspective, as well as design and implementation of TEBA's human resources business plan.
Head of Business Support and Company Secretary
Twenty-two years' experience in the IT industry. Joined TEBA in 1998 and is actively involved in business process improvement initiatives. A member of the Business Development Committee and an invitee to the Audit Committee. Anneri was appointed Company Secretary on 1 July 2015.
Head of Rural and Foreign Operations
Jose joined TEBA in 1992, having always been involved in TEBA's rural operations. He served as Regional Manager for 10 years, served as a Trustee on TET's board and was also on TEBA's board of directors for 4 years.
