Location map [map]

We have recently re-positioned ourselves to help address new and growing needs arising within and around South Africa's mining sector, leveraging those components comprising our competitive edge – including our people deployed throughout a network of 100 TEBA offices across southern Africa and our database comprising vital information on current mineworkers, former mineworkers and their dependents.

TEBA ensures prospective miners are prepared for the rigours of a mining career. Documents are carefully verified at TEBA centres where candidates are put through basic physical and endurance assessments.

Their information is captured onto TEBA's labour-pool database which is accessed when employers submit requests for new employees. The labour-pool database also assists in creating a more balanced, less migrant labour dependent workforce.
