Tracing ex mineworkers is facilitated by our vast database of mineworkers, both former and current, as well as our footprint throughout traditional labour sending areas situated both within and outside the Republic of South Africa. Our offices, based in these communities, enable us to assist individuals with the completion and collating of documents, without them having to travel vast distances.

Documents are collated and audited before being sent to our clients or their nominated administration company for approval, a process which is tracked step by step by a dedicated in-house document tracking system.

We are able to open accounts for un-banked individuals into which all monies may be deposited. The submission and payment clearance processes are separate functions which limits the possibility of fraud and collusion.

A partnership with a third party data mining company also enables us to do traces outside the mining industry again utlisingutilising our network of offices, skills, knowledge, and experience, gained from years of service to the Mineworker Provident Fund and Anglo Shares Scheme - amongst others.
