• Recruitment of South African and foreign mineworkers in accordance with job specifications. TEBA's Labour Placement Service (LPS), an industry-wide database of work seekers, enables fair pre-screening and selection according to the needs of mines, contractors and mine communities. All recruits are given a physical rating assessment indicating their suitability for undergoing mines medical testing.
