General Work Permit Application

TEBA, by virtue of several employees holding Immigration Practitioners licences, is able to assist applicants in obtaining General Work Permits. A General Work Permit enables persons (e.g. foreign mineworkers that have been promoted into category 9 and above) to continue working in South Africa. It also enables workers who have never worked in South Africa and, hold the required skills, to come and work within the borders of South Africa.
