The TEBA Recruitment division has established labour pools to provide a ready supply of labour for the mining industry. These pools are populated with applicants who meet established industry standards, but which may be adapted to suit the specific needs of clients.
Client needs may include community specific recruitment, women in mining, and also, literacy levels and physical abilities.
Labour pools include details of novice, skilled and, specialised skills, which allow for quick and easy access to these skills.
Prior to be placed in a labour pool, individuals undergo a physical examination to ensure that they are able to undergo further assessments. Fraudulent documents are screened out and ID documents verified, after which a record is created on our labour pool system for the individual.
