  1. All persons wishing to utilise any TEBA Camp are required to fully and accurately complete the "Application for Booking" form.

    1. Any forms received that are incomplete will be rejected and no bookings will be accepted in respect of such incomplete form.
    2. It is especially important to ensure that the section requiring details of visitors is accurate, as no additional persons will be allowed into any TEBA Camp. In the event that such details do change it is a requirement that Booking Office be advised immediately of these changes. No guarantee of booking can be given however, in the event that the additional numbers result in a camp becoming overbooked.
  2. Bookings will not be provisionally allocated.
  3. Bookings will only be confirmed when the fully completed "Application for Booking" and the applicable deposit slip/EFT (fee as advised) have simultaneously been received by facsimile. The deposit required will amount to 50% of the total cost and must be received together with the fully completed application form.
  4. The balance of the account must be received by TEBA by no later than 21 days before the expected arrival at any TEBA Camp.

    1. In the event that such payment is not received within the required time frame the booking will immediately be cancelled and the relevant dates made available to other interested parties. No correspondence or communication will be entered into in this regard.
    2. In the event that a booking is cancelled within the 21-day period, a 50% penalty levy will be applied - i.e. only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
  5. It is a requirement that the person/s making the booking is the person/s intending to stay at any TEBA Camp. No transfer of bookings is permitted and persons found contravening this requirement will have their booking cancelled immediately.
  6. Stated prices are for 4 persons (regardless of whether adult or child). Subsequent charges for additional persons above this number will be subject to age and, availability of accommodation. It is important to note that prices increase on an annual basis and are applied with effect from 1 January of each year - this regardless of whether or not the booking was made prior to the increase date.
  7. Guests are asked to ensure that they arrive at the various camps by no later than 16h00 to comply with local authority requirements and so that staff are on hand to assist.
  8. Guests travelling to TEBA Camps outside the Republic must familiarise themselves with the local travel requirements in the country concerned before departing from South Africa.
  9. There are restrictions on the number of persons that can be accommodated in each of the various camps. These are as detailed below. No bookings for numbers in excess of those detailed below will be accepted.

    1. Xai-Xai - 10 persons
    2. Durban Flat - 5 persons
    3. Pafuri - 14 persons
  10. Attached is a summary of the amenities available at the camp. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all facilities are fully functional at all times their very location precludes an absolute guarantee in this regard. Guests are asked to immediately notify their nearest TEBA Office of any problems. In addition a "Facilities Report" form is also attached and visitors are asked to supply their comments to this office 011 their return from a TEBA Camp.
  11. TEBA accepts no liability in any form whatsoever in respect of the hire/use of these facilities (including acts of God, storms etc.). All facilities are used solely at the risk of the hirer and no claims will be entertained for any reason.
