  15. 17 January 2006: Cashing in on cash crops Thandanani is part of an agricultural project that was set up in 2002 in areas of the Eastern Cape such as Umzimkhulu, Flagstaff and Lusikisiki, from where mineworkers are recruited. The project offers development support for small farmers and is a joint venture between Teba Development and the Lima Rural Development Foundation.

  18. 04 May 2005: Farmers day at Ngcele. The people of Ngcele witnessed a very successful Farmers Day on 31 March 2005. Farmers brought in a total of 1250 stock to take part in the competition that was conducted.
