TEBA Limited owns a number of exclusive holiday destinations that are available to rent by the general public.

Durban Flat

Accommodates five people in two bedrooms. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and enclosed veranda. A domestic worker is on duty from Monday to Friday only (no weekends). A stove and cooking utensils are available, including crockery and cutlery.

The flat is located on the 17th floor of Kingsford Flats in Durban, across the road from the harbour and marina.

Kosi Bay

Accommodates eight people in three bedrooms. Solar electricity and gas lamps are available. A stove and cooking utensils are provided.

Facilities

• Fridge and two deep freezes.
• All windows are mosquito gauzed.
• Visitors are required to provide their own bedding and towels.
• Two staff members are on duty - both clean and one can cook if required. Staff members do not work over weekends.

Pafuri Camp

There are two houses available available at present, and no camping facilities:

Mockford House:  2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and a further 4 beds on the veranda accommodates 8 people. One bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.

Guinea Fowl Cottage:  1 bedroom with 2 beds and a further 2 beds on the veranda - accommodates 4 people. One bathroom with bath and shower in the bath and separate toilet.

Please note that verandas are all enclosed with gauze screens.

There is a swimming pool with braai facility. Please bring your own swimming towels.

A domestic worker is on duty whilst guests are at the camp to wash dishes and make beds (working hours are 07h00 - 17h00).

All houses are equipped with the following:

• Fridge / Freezer and small chest deepfreeze (Mockford)
• Fridge / Freezer (Guinea Fowl Cottage)
• Gas stoves
• Gas geysers
• Fans
• No microwave, No Television, No Cellphone reception
• Braai facilities are available at each house. Firewood is not available at Pafuri and guests should bring their own wood or charcoal. It can be purchased outside the park, at Punda Maria or the Pafuri Picnic spot.

The closest Petrol station is Punda Maria (65 km's away). Guests must ensure that they have sufficient supplies as no stock is held at Pafuri.

NB! Breakages must be reported and are payable on departure. Replacement costs are displayed in the kitchen.

Mockford house has a small library, dart board and table tennis table. Please take special care when using the books.

TEBA Xai Xai Cottage "Contra Costa"

This rustic cottage is located on the pristine Mozambique coast and is the ideal spot for an escape from the stresses of modern life. The cottage is situated on the beachfront, with a natural tidal pool on the doorstep. There are facilities in the area for the hire of deep-sea fishing ski boats, SCUBA diving and rock fishing. Day excursions are possible to a number of the holiday resorts close to Xai Xai. Please note that a four-wheel drive vehicle is required to get to the cottage. Guests are required to arrive after 14h00 and depart by 10h00.

Accommodates a maximum of 10 people (six adults & four children). There are three Bedrooms: two triple rooms, one twin room and there are two additional mattresses. An annex, which is situated a short way away from the rear of the cottage, accommodates two people.

Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Second toilet with basin. Annex has own shower, basin and toilet.

Facilities

• Bedrooms and veranda are protected by mosquito gauze.
• Gas powered chest freezer, fridge and stove.
• All linen, crockery, cutlery etc. are provided. (Guests should bring their own swimming towels.)
• Two domestic staff members maintain and clean the cottage. (Cooking arrangements must be made separately).
• A night watchman is on duty after dark.
• Lighting is by solar power or generator. (No 220v electricity.)

Guests are required to bring their own medical kit, mosquito repellent, gas cylinder for "skottel braai", braai charcoal, dishwashing liquid, beach towels, all food and refreshments.

The road to cottage is in a fair condition. However, the last 200 metres requires a vehicle with diff-lock or four-wheel drive. Cell phone reception is available at top of the hill on the road above cottage.

Mozambique Legal Requirements

• Passport valid for at least six months.
• "Original vehicle registration papers" must be carried at all times.
• Third Party Insurance must be purchased at the Border Post.
• Two red triangles must be displayed on vehicles at all times.
