Acting as an agent for UBank, TEBA;

• Provides on line cash withdrawal facilities to mineworkers throughout our network of offices.
• Ensures FICA and POCA compliance.
• 0pens bank accounts.
• Provides fixed term deposits.
• Provides alternative accounts for the families of mineworkers.

Our agency relationship with UBank also enables us to pay benefits on behalf of a number of pension and provident funds.

We are able to provide a paymaster function on request, and, have done so for certain of our clients.

In addition we also provide several services which fall outside the scope of our relationship with Ubank, these include:

• The processing and paying out compulsory deferred pay for mineworkers from Mozambique and Lesotho.
• Cash remittance services from our urban infrastructure to any rural TEBA Ltd office.
• Funeral policies for mineworkers and their families.
• The processing of payments for Community Work Programme participants.
